One flat rate per order, however many pieces are in it.
Everything here is small enough to post. No crates, no freight quotes, no waiting a month.
Work on paper travels flat, between two sheets of acid-free board in a rigid envelope, wrapped in glassine so nothing touches the surface. Panels and small framed pieces go in a fitted box with corner protection.
Nothing is ever rolled in a tube. Everything is tracked, and anything over €100 is insured for its full value.
Orders are packed within two working days of the transfer clearing. After that it is usually two to four days within Ireland, three to seven across Europe, and seven to fourteen further afield.
Anything painted in oil sometimes needs another week to dry properly before it can be safely wrapped. If that applies to your piece you will be told at the time, not after.
Work is hard to judge from a screen, so you have fourteen days from delivery to send it back for a full refund of the purchase price.
The conditions are the sensible ones: let us know within those fourteen days, send it back in its original packing, and cover the return postage. Once it arrives safely the refund goes back the way it came, usually within three working days.
Commissions are the exception — but only in the sense that you approve a study before the piece is made, and you are never obliged to take a finished commission you do not want.
Prices include Irish VAT where it applies. Orders outside the EU may attract import duty or local tax on arrival, which is the buyer's responsibility. Most countries apply a reduced rate to original works of art, but it is worth checking before ordering.
It is rare, but it happens. Photograph the packaging before you open it fully, then email the photographs within 48 hours. You will be refunded or, where possible, offered a replacement.
